| Serving
a meal on The Marriage Course is an important
part of creating a ‘date night’.
We have found that often the best recipes are
also the simplest.
Some of the meals we serve include moroccan
lamb with pilau rice, chilli con carne with rice,
chicken with peppers and paprika in a tomato sauce
with rice, pasta bolognaise, spicy chicken with
baked couscous and sausages with onion gravy and
potatoes. The Alpha Cookbook is a great source of inspiration!
Salad or vegetables and bread are served with
every meal, and we always provide a vegetarian
option.
We also serve something sweet with tea and coffee
including chocolate brownies (always a favourite!),
raspberry shortcakes, flapjacks and muffins.
